Leadership Agility Program

Today’s Filipino leaders are facing accelerating rates of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, all of which are showing no signs of slowing down.

Our Leadership Agility Program is designed to support development of leadership behaviors of a desired organizational culture and towards creating a learning organization. Participants will:

  1. Develop awareness of their strengths and developmental needs as a leader

  2. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills

  3. Gain skills to influence others during rapid change

  4. Apply tools in provide effective performance feedback

  5. Learn approaches in balancing strategic and operations with organizational purpose and vision

The program has 4 development areas composed of several learning modules. Each module is integrated with offline Readings and Reflections, and moderated Online workshops on Zoom (Learning Modules will be run in learning blocks, which are estimated to be 90-120 minutes each). We will be accepting a maximum of 15 participants per learning module. Participants may also avail of three (3) online mentoring sessions with a Firesprings Consulting Strategist throughout the entire program and up 6 weeks from last module. Mentoring sessions may be scheduled and up to one (1) hour per session.
