Rhea has been an organization development practitioner for more than 20 years. Her corporate experience included working with HR & OD teams of Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc., SunLife of Canada and Philam Financial Advisory Services Inc. of Philamlife. Since 2010, her efforts have led her to work passionately with Filipino Small and Medium sized companies to help build their companies to achieve organization alignment and build strong employer value propositions. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from De La Salle University and attended Masters in Applied Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific. She has also completed certificate programs in Organization Behavior, Designing Learning Programs and Human Resource Management at the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a certified coach. Rhea's expertise is in creating Strategic Alignment, Change Management, Performance Management consulting, Leadership Development and Human Resource Management.



Partner Strategist

John graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Engineering and completed his Master’s in Entrepreneurship with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management. He has worked with enterprises across different industries – printing, packaging, food development, real estate and plastic manufacturing. He is a member of the Board of Advisors to Bulatao Center for Psychological Services. He is also a former board member of Ateneo Center for Organizational Development and a former director of Ateneo Business Resource Center (BRC) and Ateneo JGSOM Business Accelerator program (SOMBA). John’s areas of expertise include Business Development, Quality Management and Marketing Management.

Bobit is a Data Privacy Officer certified by TÜV Rheinland. He guides organizations in developing practical strategies for creating a privacy culture – where protecting data is top of mind for every employee when handling personal information. Bobit has previously worked as a Senior Manager of PLDT-Smart Enterprise Group, Smart Communications, and Banco de Oro. His other areas of expertise include Sales and Marketing, Customer Engagement, Merchant Acquisitions and Business Management.

Katie graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She aims to develop the self-renewing capacity of organizations through the assessment, implementation and evaluation of strategic HR management technologies in the individual, group, and organizational levels. Katie has done Organization Development and Strategic HR projects with UNESCO, Development Academy of the Philippines, Department of Education, Department of Foreign Affairs, Ateneo Center for Organizational Research and Development, Ateneo de Manila University, Human Capital Asia, Zuellig Family Foundation, and Unilab. Her areas of expertise include Competency Modeling and Profiling, Manual Development, Data Gathering & Analysis, and Training Design & Facilitation. 



Dax specializes in Mindful Leadership and is a Certified Meditation Teacher. He brings a unique approach to teaching mindfulness by presenting it as a beneficial and essential tool for peak performance through doable exercises that can turn into winning daily habits. His vision is to demystify mindfulness, make it accessible to anyone, and give people the skills to experience life with emerging awareness. Currently, he is expanding his expertise studying Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based behavior therapy approach that has been proven to be an effective intervention for a diverse range of clinical conditions including workplace stress, depression and anxiety.

Mindful Leadership Strategist


Paolo is a senior partner of Añover Añover San Diego & Primavera Law Office. The expanse of his practice as legal counsel is in the fields of custom brokerage, warehousing, ship management, real estate, and mining. He has also been involved as counsel and adviser to foreign organizations who registered foreign representative offices in the country, Philippine regional headquarters and local operations in the PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) areas. He also provides litigation and corporate law services for various companies including  start-ups, SME’s and publicly listed companies.

Legal Strategist


Chinie is a Marketing and Communications Specialist with extensive experience in developing copy and creative content strategies for brands across various industries — including real estate, restaurants, travel and hospitality, and education. Well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing, her expertise lies in helping companies hone in on the messaging needed to achieve their objectives, identify the channels and platforms to best connect with their audiences, and create on-brand, compelling content on a consistent basis. Chinie also carries a solid education and training background, with years as an Educator at Assumption College and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Transformation Strategist

Debbie is an entrepreneur of 17 years, having founded Sugar Crafts in 2002, an Entrepreneurs Organization member company. The company produces edible sugar decorations for export to the UK, US, Australia, and Japan. Her most recent adventures have been in teaching for the past 5 years, both graduate and undergraduate entrepreneurship students, and in training corporations. In 2018 she enrolled under Jack Canfield’s Train the Trainer Live and is certified in the Canfield Methodology, which focuses on how to experientially teach the principles of success and the facilitation of individual and group transformation. She is passionate about helping people Find Their Why, one of the Canfield Success Principles. 

Leadership Strategist


Nanjo has more than 30 years of experience in the Financial Services and Investment Management Industry. He has held various leadership roles including Chairman of Philam Asset Management, Inc., Head of Philam Group’s Strategic Initiatives Office, Chairman & CEO of Philam Call Center, Director and President of Philam Financial Advisory Services, Inc. and Philam Group Training Director. Previously, he was President of SunLife Financial Plans, Senior Vice President for Organizational Training for the SunLife Group and Director of Agency Development and of Client Services for SunLife Financial. Nanjo also worked for other insurance companies such as Pioneer Life Group and Great Pacific Life Insurance. He holds an AB Psychology degree from De La Salle University. Nanjo’s expertise is in Leadership Management, Strategy and Business Development. He is passionate about being able to share experiences that enable people to become better.


Chris is an HR Consultant, a Certified Executive Coach, Facilitator and DDI-certified trainer with nearly 20 years of Organization Development experience. She has designed HR Systems and facilitated over 800 trainings and workshops for various industries including Manufacturing, Information Technology, Transportation and Logistics, BPOs, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Product Manufacturing, Spa and Wellness, Hospitality, Waterworks and Telecommunications. Chris’ expertise is in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinking and Business Planning. She completed her MA Religious Education and BA in Communications, Minor in Philosophy from Ateneo de Manila University. Chris finds her work meaningful because at its core, it touches human beings – their lives and even their family's lives. Whether it is culture building, values integration or systems design that manage compensation and learning and growth. She is inspired to make employees' work life better, one company at a time.

HROD Strategist

Research Strategist


Gica has more than 10 years experience in the field of Market Research and Consumer Insights. She has led both syndicated and customized quantitative and qualitative research studies in food and non-food FMCG, apparel, pharmaceutical, health sector, finance – banking & insurance, digital platform, FinTech, financial mobile app, financial services (remittance, loans, bills payment), real estate, and the government. Gica also supervised research projects for markets within the region, focusing on South East Asia (Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia) with occasional coordination with China, Hong Kong, Taiwan. Gica graduated in Ateneo de Manila University with a BA in Management Economics. She enjoys conceptualizing ideas for organizations and she believes that having a clear view of one’s competitive positioning, understanding one’s target market, while tying it to the core competencies of the organization are critical factors in the success of any innovation.


Audrey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications Technology Management. She is also about to complete her Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. Audrey’s expertise is in Research, Learning and Development and Human Resources Management. She has worked in the Education, Brand Innovation, Recruitment and Manpower Services Industries. Audrey believes it is her ability to see the unity in diversity that has led her to a career in Organizational Development. She wants to understand the different individuals in an organization in order to help them become better employees, and more importantly, better people.

Research Strategist


Bel is a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning She has over 15 years experience facilities team development interventions, including team engagement programs, leadership development, team race directing and events management. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Communications with the University of the Philippines.

Lourdes is an experienced Human Resources Professional with more than 20 years of demonstrated leadership and history of working in the FMCG industry across Asia Pacific. Her areas of expertise include Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational and Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Workplace Well Being and Succession Planning. Lourdes is also a Mental Health Advocate, HR and Positive Psychology Practitioner. She aims to help raise the collective consciousness about mental health as well as to empower individuals and communities to thrive.

Lesley has over 10 years of extensive experience in Operations Management, and in providing creative solutions to internal and external customers. She has strong qualifications in leadership, personnel and talent development. Lesley is passionate about customer service and has been recognized for making company operations and employees highly productive and efficient. Her areas of expertise include operations management, employee recruitment/retention, training and development, and product development.

People Engagement Officer

Irish graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts Major in Sports Studies. She was a University Scholar and Student-Athlete. She represented the Philippines in the ASEAN Football Federation Championships as well as the 29th SEA Games. She brings her passion and energy for sports into her work as a Project Coordinator. Irish is a core team member of Firesprings Consulting as she brings together all our Strategists and clients to ensure that our goals are met on time.

Tin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University. She has a strong background in project management and product management, having worked in the communications and IT industries for more than 20 years. Her previous roles include being a Project Manager for Advantage Technology Solutions and a Product Manager for Exclusive Networks-PH, Inc. Tin currently does Project Management and Virtual Assistant work in varied industries and professional services and is eager to apply her business, marketing, operations and project management skills for companies that have a strong belief in personnel development and corporate social responsibility.
